Job Description
Duties for the Finance Officer:
* Manage and process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.
* Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports as required.
* Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
* Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
* Provide support for audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
* Collaborate with the wider team to streamline financial processes.
* Handle petty cash and monitor expenditure.
* Ensure timely and accurate communication with stakeholders regarding financial matters.
* Aspects of AR and AP.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Officer should have:
* Experience in accounting or finance roles within a fast paced environment.
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
