Our expertise spans mental health support, neurodiversity, physiotherapy, overall wellbeing, and absence management, currently benefiting the health of over 2.5 million client employees nationwide. We work collaboratively with businesses in various areas such as construction, retail, manufacturing, local government, and blue light services, by combining expert advice and clinical services to tailor solutions that meet the unique demands of each industry and contribute to the long-term success of the organisations we work with.

Our growing Client Services division is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the Client Services Director you'll manage a selection of clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through honest and proactive communication. You will craft and execute strategic review plans that align with our clients' HR, Health & Safety and wellbeing goals, ensuring our occupational health services are contributing effectively to meet their objectives. By reviewing and reporting on the services provided, you will actively develop initiatives that showcase best value and return on investment for our clients. You will oversee the seamless implementation of services for new clients and existing clients, co-ordinating clinical and operational resources alongside other department leads.

You will support the Business Development Team by providing insights on retender and renewal opportunities, and contribute to sophisticated evidence-based responses with proven results from contract delivery through reviewing and analysing client management information to spot trends and opportunities for service enhancement.

This is a full-time role, where the successful candidate will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in a hybrid setting (homebased with travel to client sites).
