Job Details
1. Hours of work: Mon-Thurs -, Fri
2. Company private healthcare following 6 months service
3. Onsite parking
4. Salary depending on experience

Key responsibilities will include:
5. Preparation of monthly management accounts to include ledger review, journal entry, reconciliation, and analysis.
6. Processing weekly and monthly payroll using Sage 50 Payroll as well as annual P60 and P11D reporting. Daily bank administration including bank reconciliation, payment processing and cash flow forecasting. Accounts payable, obtaining approval and processing invoices according to ensure correct recognition and VAT applied.
7. Accounts receivable, sales invoice processing and credit control experience.
8. HMRC filings to include monthly submission and reconciliation of VAT, EC Sales and Intrastat reporting.
9. Statistical reporting to the Department of Finance and other key financial stakeholders.
10. Preparation of financial reports for management.
11. Engaging with external auditors to carry out the annual financial audit.
12. Other ad hoc duties as and when required.
Who We're Looking For:
Essential Skills & Experience:
13. AAT/ ATI qualified or Part- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
14. Experience using Sage 50 Payroll or similar payroll packages.
15. Experience using Sage 200 or Sage 50
16. Strong IT skills particularly Microsoft Excel
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
18. Strong ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
19. Possess excellent attention to detail, problem solving and organisational skills.
