We are looking for Bar Staff to serve customers in a friendly and efficient manor. To ensure the expected high standards of customer service, health & safety, cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the bar areas as a whole.

About the role
Main tasks and duties
· To adhere to company’s health and safety policies;
· To maintain and operate the bar area in an efficient manner;
· To dispense drinks to customers and waiting staff;
· To serve food in an efficient manner to the customers
· To operate the cash till according to procedures;
· To document any room/folio charges according to procedures;
· To replenish stock as when required to do so;
· To ensure facilities hygiene standards are maintained;
· To promote and sell the hotel and its products with a friendly and helpful manner;
· To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance;
· To ensure effective communication to management and peers;
· To attend training courses as and when necessary;
· To ensure that due care is taken for the health and safety of yourself, other employees, residents, customers and any other persons on the premises;
· Report and where appropriate take action on any incident, fire, loss or damage;
· To report all maintenance issues and take appropriate action;
· Setting up & closing rooms for weddings/functions & general hotel use;
Any other duties and responsibilities as requested by the management.

* Must have 1 Yrs previous bar experience gained in a quality hotel/bar
