St James Academy are seeking two motivated and caring individuals to support students’ learning across a range of subjects. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, provide small‑group and one‑to‑one support, and help create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education, confident in building positive relationships, and committed to helping young people succeed. We have two roles available - 22.5 hours per week / £13,220.42 per annum and 32.5 hours per week / £19,096.17.
