Base pay range: starting at £30,000.

Responsibilities
* Oversee daily scheduling and job allocation for field engineers
* Manage technician and laboratory reports, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution
* Prepare quotes, purchase orders, and invoices
* Maintain compliance trackers and assist with audits
* Coordinate travel, equipment calibration, and stock control
* Lead and develop the administration team, fostering a culture of accountability and support
About You
You’re highly organised, detail-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You bring strong IT skills (MS Office, CRM/CAFM systems) and ideally have supervisory experience. Industry knowledge is a bonus, but what matters most is your proactive mindset, clear communication, and ability to work collaboratively.
