Warranty and Contract Claims Administrator
Location: Warwick (Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office)
Salary: Competitive with an Annual Company Bonus of up to 5%

We are expanding our team and looking for a Warranty and Contract Claims Administrator to support our Volvo Trucks dealership network. In this role, you will work through a queue of claims, working with colleagues and systems across the business to ensure claims are accurate and resolved efficiently. Utilizing one’s investigatory skills, you will delve into the resources available to determine the accuracy of the claim and to identify any anomalies present.

Who are you?
You may come from a customer service, administration or service advisor background, or have a personal interest in the automotive industry in your spare time. You enjoy analysing information and making decisions.
8. Experience within an administration role (preferably within the motor industry- not essential)
9. Microsoft Office skills- Office 365
10. Highly self-motivated with the ability for lateral thinking.
11. Effective communication skills at all professional levels.
12. Proficient in meeting tight deadlines and working systematically.
What you will do
Join a close-knit team of seasoned Claim Handlers and a supportive Claims Manager, where your skills and expertise will be valued.
13. You will primarily handle business-to-business claims, managing communication and documentation through emails and our internal systems.
14. Assess claims and ensure the legitimacy of parts and labour, addressing any anomalies with the dealership when necessary.
15. Follow up on rejected or adjusted claims and negotiate settlements with relevant parties.
16. Process customer parts warranty claims received at the dealership.
17. Prepare ad-hoc reports
18. Collaborate with Technical Support Teams to supply necessary supporting documentation for the claims.
19. Provide a professional service throughout the warranty and contract claim handling process.
