Due to the continued expansion of the business and increasing demands, w e’re looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk who will thrive in a busy operational environment to join our Purchase Ledger team within our Account Department at Birchwood Park, Warrington. In this fast-paced role as a Purchase Ledger you’ll manage a high volume of invoices daily, processing through Invoice Data Capture and Automatic Purchase Order Matching Systems. You will also be responsible for; Data Capture Verification Processing Purchase Order matching exceptions Supplier invoice query resolution using in-house intranet based system Dealing with internal customer/supplier phone calls and email queries Monthly supplier statement reconciliations What can we offer you in return? To succeed as a Purchase Ledger Clerk you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours: Previous experience in a similar role (at least 2 years in a high volume Purchase Ledger department) PC Literate, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Team player Ability to demonstrate excellent administrative/organisational abilities Able to work on own initiative Confident and possess excellent communication skills About Us Why Sunbelt?
