Part-Time Customer Service Advisor
Location: Corby
⏰ Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible, Monday–Friday, 4–5 hours per day)
Pay: £12.21 per hour
The Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team in Corby. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing excellent service, and working flexibly during the week.
The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for both new and existing customers. You’ll focus on building strong relationships, handling enquiries promptly, and ensuring all customer details are recorded accurately. Your key responsibilities will include:
Contacting new enquiries within 24 hours
Building and maintaining customer relationships over the phone
Logging orders accurately on company systems
Keeping customer databases up to date in line with company guidelines
Supporting customer marketing campaigns and call workflows
Communicating customer needs and feedback to the wider team
Assisting with additional reasonable tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
A caring and professional telephone manner
Strong data entry and database management skills, with great attention to detail
The ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers, including older customers and their families
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A proactive, team-focused approach with good communication skills
Empathetic approach
Confident computer skills
