Ready to bridge pre-sales solutions and enterprise-level SaaS implementations? As our Senior Implementation Consultant, you’ll translate client dreams into detailed roadmaps and lead enterprise-scale implementations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead your own project stream to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction within the project delivery team.
* Facilitate workshops to unearth and refine client needs, aligning them with client ambitions.
* Share Martech best practices to maximise platform adoption and success.
* Design bespoke solutions and orchestrate seamless integration workflows.
* Advise on migration strategies ensuring smooth coexistence with existing systems.
* Forge strong alliances with third-party agencies for collaboration.
* Deliver impactful presentations to senior stakeholders.
* Uphold and share best practices to ensure consistent delivery excellence.
* Contribute to timelines and budgets with innovative solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
* Technical Implementation Expertise: 2–3 years of SaaS implementation experience.
* Martech Infrastructure: Deep understanding of the Martech realm.
* Custom Solutions: Skilled in crafting and delivering client-tailored solutions.
* Engagement: Proven success in steering client interactions and implementations.
* Agile Agility: Experienced with Agile methodologies and sprints.
* Problem-Solving: Able to transform challenges into opportunities.
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough in delivery.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to influence decisions at all levels.
* Organisation & Collaboration: Strong multi-project management and collaborative mindset.
