Role & Responsibilities: Product Design and development of medical devices from concept to market release Create parametrically editable 3D models of legacy products Provides engineering requirement for ECO's Communicate technical information (Verbal / written) underpinned with engineering principles and evidence in a clear and concise manner (GDP) Carry out design updates for any design changes as part of the change management process Verification and validation of components and assemblies. (ISIR and appropriate testing, as required) Records all formal and relevant informal engineering information in the plm system Modification/amendment of new/existing drawings in accordance with design standards Other reasonable duties which you may be requested to perform from time to time by your managerKnowledge, Skills & Experience: Problem solving techniques (i.e. DFMEA / Risk Analysis) Experience in compiliation of usability engineering file Open to the background of this person as long as they have worked in manufacturing. Experience working as a Design Engineer within a manufacturing environment.
