Project Manager (Engineering) - Up to £85,000
Hybrid - 3 days onsite
Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take ownership of a varied portfolio of impactful projects? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation where you’ll lead end-to-end delivery, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and help drive meaningful operational and strategic outcomes.
The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination and execution of multiple projects across the business. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within scope and within budget. This is a hands‑on, visible role where your ability to manage relationships, communicate clearly and keep complex projects moving will be essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, documentation, testing and progress monitoring.
* Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within agreed parameters.
* Track performance against milestones and long‑term goals, adjusting plans as needed.
* Identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
* Communicate updates, timelines and challenges clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership.
* Manage stakeholder relationships throughout the full project lifecycle.
* Escalate issues as needed to ensure continuous progress and transparency.
About You
* Degree‑educated or able to demonstrate equivalent professional experience.
* Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Highly organised with excellent planning, time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
* Confident working independently and holding yourself accountable for results.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* A collaborative team player with strong ethical values and professional integrity.
