Interface Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Interface Management professional to drive the development of interface management processes and ensure seamless collaboration and compliance across complex engineering teams and contractors.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who can lead with minimal supervision, deliver to tight deadlines, and implement innovative solutions that minimize disruption to third-party delivery and effective project delivery.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain project-specific interface management processes.
* Spread awareness of processes and procedures across the wider project team, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned with project interface management practices.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of processes and procedures related to interface management, implementing enhancements as necessary.
* Create tools and systems required by the interface management team to carry out its responsibilities and report on interfaces.
* Conduct regular audits and reviews of interface management practice to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
* Evaluate and recommend process improvements, leveraging industry best practices and lessons learned.
* Maintain alignment with document control governance, adhering to templates and requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent professional experience.
* Demonstrated analytical experience with a background in process development and the ability to implement lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
* Experience in interface management on complex engineering deliveries for major infrastructure projects.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical skills to assess current processes and identify areas for improvement, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
* Self-motivated, able to cope in a changing environment, and capable of delivering to tight deadlines.
* Good project management skills and understanding of construction activities, approaches, standards, and expectations.
