Key Responsibilities:
* Draft and negotiate high-value lease agreements, purchase agreements, option agreements, and development agreements.
* Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of commercial property law, including property rights, zoning laws, development projects, and land use regulations.
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior solicitors, paralegals, and administrative staff within the commercial property department.
