Job Description
We are working with a highly respected [Legal 500 / award-winning] firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service across all areas of law. The Employment team is known for its expertise, supportive culture, and ability to handle a wide range of complex matters for both employers and employees.
Role Responsibilities
* Advising clients on all aspects of employment law, including disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and TUPE matters.
* Handling contentious work such as Employment Tribunal claims, unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing cases
* Drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, settlement agreements, and staff policies
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the practice.
Candidate Requirements
* Either newly qualified or 6 years PQE
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident in dealing with people at all levels of seniority internally and externally
* Track record of providing excellent standards of client care and the desire to exceed clients expectations
* Excellent technical experience
