About the Role:
This is not your average sales job. We are looking for an outgoing and energetic Business Development / Sales Manager who loves travel, meeting new people, and building relationships in exciting environments. You will join our team on trips across the United States, attending major legal and media conferences, networking with attorneys, and developing new client partnerships in person. When you are not travelling, you will manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and wants to build a career that combines business, travel, and people skills in a fast-paced, fun environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent the company at U.S. conferences and events (4–5 trips annually)
* Prospect and acquire new customers through referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and cold outreach
* Build strong, lasting relationships with attorneys and law firms
* Create new business opportunities and close deals face-to-face
* Entertain clients and build rapport
* Manage and grow existing accounts between trips
* Work closely with media and operations teams to deliver successful campaigns
* Communicate and collaborate with clients

* You have a passport
* Outgoing, confident, and naturally good with people
* Enjoys extensive travel and in person relationship building
* High energy, reliable, organised, and never dull
* Computer literate and confident using CRM and digital tools
* Must be a driver
* Meticulous with excellent attention to detail and follow through
* Always looking to learn, improve, and challenge yourself
* Motivated by growth and ambitious goals
