What you get to do in this role:
* Build a team of direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth in the region
* Develop and execute sales strategy for the region in collaboration with Sales Operations, including understanding the competitive landscape and regional presence
* Engage in territory planning, build relationships, develop opportunities, and support Field Sales Teams in closing deals
* Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to achieve excellence
* Define territories and quotas for the sales team and communicate performance expectations
* Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline data
* Achieve annual sales goals quarterly and annually
* Participate in C-level meetings to understand customer business needs
* Establish effective relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, Partners, and executives
* Maintain and grow existing customer base through regular engagement and delivery of excellent customer experience
To be successful in this role you have:
* Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving using AI tools or automation
* Proven success in new business sales, including presentations and negotiations at the industry and C-level
* Strong recruitment, coaching, and management skills for sales teams
* Strategic thinking with analytical and financial planning skills
* Ownership of accurate CRM reporting, forecasts, and opportunity management
* Ability to understand business drivers and build long-term relationships
* Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
* Strong business and financial acumen
* Experience building collaborative, enthusiastic, and high-achieving sales teams
* Ability to develop partner relationships and expand revenue streams
* Ownership of pipeline generation activities through marketing and partners
