Responsibilities
* Oversee complex, safeguarding and legal case challenges.
* Ensure compliance with the Care Act and related legislation.
* Oversee safeguarding enquiries, adhering to Making Safeguarding Personal principles.
* Collaborate with partners to deliver high-quality services.
* Oversee social work teams and ensure operational spend is managed and performance
* Undertake any duties commensurate with role
* Have good knowledge and skills in adult social work
* Work as part of the senior leadership team
* Support the teams through change management
Qualifications
* Qualifications: Registered Social Worker with professional qualification.
* Experience: Strong background in adult social work, safeguarding, legal frameworks, and team leadership.
* Skills: Excellent decision-making, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
