Opportunity: Communications Officer
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Communications Officer. The role involves leading the delivery of customer and engagement strategies by producing high-quality and effective correspondence in response to a variety of customer inquiries and complaints.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Build relationships internally and externally to support the delivery of the Customer and Engagement strategy.
2. Maintain good working relationships with external stakeholders, including government representatives and public sector organizations.
3. Work closely with the Complaints and FOI Advisors to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach.
4. Support the wider business with customer management advice and specialist customer correspondence, using sound judgment and previous experience on contentious issues.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Experience in developing strong working relationships with internal colleagues, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
* Ability to present compelling arguments to influence and negotiate satisfactory outcomes.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, primarily written, with the ability to understand and interpret complex information.
* A strong interest in current affairs and an excellent understanding of the political environment.
* Welsh speaking skills would be advantageous.
* Excellent analytical skills enabling analysis and interpretation of complex information.
