Purchase Ledger Clerk Location: Hybrid - Remote working with 1-2 days per month in the office (Tamworth) Employment Type: Temporary (Full-time) Overview: Robert Half is currently recruiting for a skilled Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk on behalf of our client. This is a great opportunity for a finance professional who is AAT qualified (or equivalent) with experience in NetSuite, looking for an immediate-start temporary position within a supportive and fast-paced finance team. Key Responsibilities: Process a high volume of purchase invoices efficiently and accurately Match, batch, and code invoices in line with internal procedures Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies Prepare and process supplier payment runs (BACS and others) Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice queries Support with month-end reporting and ledger maintenance Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping in NetSuite Key Requirements: AAT qualification (or equivalent) Solid experience in a purchase ledger/accounts payable role Working knowledge of NetSuite is highly preferred Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting (remote office) Good communication and IT skills, particularly Excel Working Arrangements: Primarily remote working Office attendance in Tamworth required 1-2 days per week Immediate start preferred Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
