Student Support Assistant - Hounslow Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a welcoming and inclusive further education college in Hounslow who are seeking an experienced Student Support Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support learners academically and pastorally in both mainstream and alternative provision settings, helping students overcome barriers to learning and build confidence. Staff work collaboratively to ensure learners achieve their potential, while leadership prioritise professional development and staff wellbeing. The Role You will work alongside lecturers and support staff to provide in-class and 1:1 assistance, supporting students with academic work, behaviour management, and independent learning. This role includes supporting learners in alternative provision who may have behavioural challenges or have been excluded from mainstream education.
