Production Co-ordinator / Video Editor
Salary:30k Pro Rata
Type:3 days per week – office hours with flexibility
Location:Bristol, UK - options for some hybrid working

About the Role
We’re looking for a versatileProduction Coordinatorwith skills insound design,video editing,videographyandgraphic design. You will be working closely with the Art Team, Creative Director, designers, illustrators, animators and developers.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Post-Production
* Edit educational videos, trailers, and support materials
* Assemble edits and apply effects, motion graphics,compositing and grading
* Manage caption scripting
Sound Editing & Design
* Mix and edit voiceovers
* Create sound design for videos and games
* Manage voice artist commissions and perform quality control on audio assets
Screen Capture & Videography
* Capture screen recordings and turn them into support videos
* Support live-action shoots, helping with lighting, camera operation and sound recording as needed
Asset Management & Coordination
* Organise digital assets efficiently for use by development and design teams
* Maintain updated documentation, scripts, and media libraries
Content Creation
* Develop and edit how-to guides, customer support videos, and help documents
* Coordinate feedback loops with stakeholders for content accuracy
Team Collaboration
* Work closely with graphic designers, illustrators, UI/UX, and development teams
* Communicate with marketing and support to align content needs with business goals
* We are a small creative team, so a willingness to help with lots of roles is essential
Requirements
* Experience or training in video editing and sound design
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a creative environment
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Good collaboration skills
* A willingness to learn skills and try new technologies
* Adobe Premiere, Audition, and InDesign
Ideal
* Experience in educational or accessibility-focused content creation
* Experience with After Effects
* Experience in an animation or games setting
* Experience with videography
* Experience with sound recording
* Design qualification
Qualifications
* Degree in an arts subject preferred
