Manage a complex caseload, providing specialist assessment and intervention.

Act as Clinical Lead for the Community Equipment Store, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Respond to referral enquiries, conduct audits, and represent Occupational Therapy in stakeholder meetings.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the service.
Requirements
Valid UK driving licence (essential).
Experience managing complex cases within community or multidisciplinary settings.
