GTCS
You will be required to be registered with the GTCS. You are required to obtain and maintain registration including paying any fees. Teachers in their probationary year are welcome to apply for temporary, un-promoted vacancies but would be paid at the probationer rate of pay (Main Grade Scale Point 0) at £31,584 per year (pro-rata, if applicable).
RC Approval

If applicable, the successful candidate will require approval by the Roman Catholic Church, in line with Section 21 (A) of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980. Forms are available from the Scottish Catholic Education Service at: https://sces.org.uk/church-approval/

Candidates successful at interview need to download and print the appropriate report. Complete the applicant details section, sign the form, and pass it to your current Head Teacher for completion and signing.
