Assistant Site Manager - Traditional and Timber New Build Housing
Cambridge | £225-£250 per day | Start ASAP
We're looking for a switched-on Assistant Site Manager to step in on a new-build housing site in Cambridge working for one of the largest PLC's
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting the site team on a busy traditional/timber build housing scheme
* Coordinating trades & subcontractors
* Keeping quality, health & safety, and progress on point
* Managing snagging, site paperwork, and daily reporting
What you'll need:
* Previous experience as an ASM or FM on new build housing sites
* CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
* A proactive, reliable attitude and good eye for detail
* Available to start ASAP
