German speaking Customer Service Advisor
CCR is supporting a well-established client who is looking to add further to their German speaking Customer Support Team.
£29,200 + Great Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients/customers via phone, email, and chat and other social channels.
* Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback and assist in document translation.
* Communication: Liaise with delivery teams to ensure clear communication and efficient service execution.
* Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and relay this information to the management team whilst responding to the customer needs.
Qualifications:
* Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
* Experience: Previous experience in customer service
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle challenging situations and resolve issues effectively.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
