We're looking for a Mobile Engineer to join our FM team based in Oldham.

Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Mobile Engineer, you'll be working within the facilities management team, supporting them in maintaining excellent standards across our educational sites. Your day to day will include:
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks efficiently across school premises
* Handling mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance with care and precision
* Building positive relationships with clients and coordinating with sub-contractors when necessary
* Completing general repairs and maintenance to ensure safe, comfortable environments
* Maintaining detailed records of all work completed and identifying potential improvements
What are we looking for?
This role of Mobile Engineer is great for you if:
* You have experience working on maintenance contracts conducting PPMs and reactive maintenance
* You bring an extensive trades background in maintenance, installations and repairs
* You have a Plumbing bias with a well-rounded understanding of building systems
* You hold a full, clean driving licence
