Job Description
The Credit Controller will;
* Monitor and manage outstanding debts, ensuring timely collection of payments.
* Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities and update client accounts accordingly.
* Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment discrepancies or disputes.
* Work closely with the Accounting & Finance department to streamline credit processes.
* Prepare regular reports on debtor balances and credit control performance.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations.
* Support the team with administrative tasks related to credit control.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller professional should have:
* Previous experience in credit control or a related Accounting & Finance role.
* Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
* Proficiency in financial software and systems.
* An organised and detail-oriented approach to managing accounts.
* The ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
