We are seeking a proactive and service-focused Facilities Assistant to support the delivery of a high-quality meeting room management and workplace experience on a key client account. Acting as a vital interface between the client, visitors and the ISS team, you will ensure all spaces across the building meet the highest standards of presentation, functionality, and cleanliness.


Key Responsibilities

* Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards across all meeting rooms
* Ensure rooms are fully stocked, equipment is functional, and hospitality is in place
* Support visitor hosting and provide excellent service to all users
* Coordinate and oversee vendor services to ensure timely and accurate delivery
* Log all reactive maintenance tasks with the ISS Helpdesk
* Respond promptly to cleaning and room alteration requests
* Conduct regular H&S checks, report hazards, and support safe operations


Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer-focused front-of-house or hospitality role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Smart, professional appearance and confident demeanour
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions
* Flexible, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
* Strong organisational and planning abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with basic AV and tech setup
