They are looking for an experienced and values-driven Registered Care Home Manager to lead their home and team. The home is a medium-sized residential care home set in a countryside location on the outskirts of Maidstone, specialising in the care of residents living with dementia and Alzheimer's. It is a well-established service with a committed team, and the group are looking for the right Registered Manager to take it forward. About the Registered Care Home Manager Role As Registered Care Home Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the home, leading your team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
