Field Service Engineer

Reports to: Service Manager
Are you a motivated and skilled engineer with a passion for providing top-tier service and support? We are looking for a dedicated Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical expertise, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment across a variety of industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line call-out and service support for customers
* Perform routine servicing and breakdown response for service contract customers
* Service and test LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation) equipment in compliance with current COSHH legislation and HSE guidance
* Commission and conduct performance testing on new equipment
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
* Proven track record in field service engineering
* Solid understanding of engineering processes and technical problem-solving
* Experience in the HVAC/dust and fume extraction industry is a plus
* Experience with LEV testing and electrical qualifications are advantageous
* Familiarity with HMIs and inverters is desirable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
* P601 Certification required
* Full, clean driving license
