LHH is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable firm in Manchester. They are seeking a motivated and experienced Audit Senior Manger to join their dynamic and growing team. Responsibilities:
* Oversee the effective, professional, and efficient delegation, work-flow and completion of audit assignments for clients.
* Stay current with developments in audit and financial reporting standards and related matters.
* Provide advanced technical guidance and audit planning advice to clients.
* Assist Audit Partners and Directors in planning audits and local reporting tasks.
* Lead and support a team of audit staff, helping them achieve their goals while fostering skill development and capability growth.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other contacts, acting as the primary contact for larger clients on day-to-day audit matters.
* Collaborate closely with the audit team to ensure all audit tasks are performed efficiently and in compliance with the Firm's audit policies and relevant procedures.
* Act as an ambassador for the firm by nurturing relationships with clients.
Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
* Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
