Working hours:
* Full Time
* Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.30
* Alternate Saturdays
The successful Trainee Valuer role will be offered:
* Basic salary ranging from £24,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience
* OTE £27,000 - £28,000
* 22 days holiday plus bank holidays

* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to close for business
* Attention to detail
* Driving licence
As a Trainee Valuer, your role will involve:
* Learning how to value and subsequently carrying out Valuations
* Preparing Floor plans on properties
* Photographing Properties internally and externally
