This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-rounded finance role, supporting the smooth running of financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the day-to-day financial transactions including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing payments. Support the preparation of financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end processes. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve finance-related queries. Assist in monitoring budgets and tracking expenses. Contribute to the development and implementation of financial procedures and policies. Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a similar finance or accounting role. Strong numeracy skills with high attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Desirable: Experience using Xero or similar accounting software is a plus. This is a permanent full-time role based in Glasgow city centre, an easily accessible location with multiple transportation routes. The role offers a salary of up to £28,000, working from the office.
