The Company
The company is a rapidly expanding manufacturer known for innovation, quality, and operational excellence. As they scale, they're in search for a financial leader who can bring structure, insight, and strategic direction to our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
Develop and implement robust financial controls and processes.
Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives.
Partner with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
Mentor and develop a small finance team.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and ERP systems.
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a hands-on capacity with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

Salary of £60,000 - £75,000 plus benefits package
