What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Minimum 6 months childcare experience, ideally supporting SEN
* Ability to deliver engaging Science lessons and adapt learning where needed
* Patience, resilience and strong relationship-building skills
* Confidence teaching KS3 and KS4 pupils
* Someone organised, reflective and committed to high-quality teaching

* Contributing to curriculum planning and classroom development
* Leading a small tutor group and building positive routines
