Define and execute multiple fragrance development projects for different categories, ensure fragrances support launch commitments with safety, quality, suitability, sustainability, timing and costs, while capturing the brand essence and requirements for a superior sensorial performance and brand differentiation.

Support Fragrance Development from Brief to Production
1. Support the Fragrance Specialist in the development of fragrances across multiple categories from gathering insights from markets to briefing to fragrance houses. Assist in translating project requirements into fragrance development briefs for fragrance houses.
2. Support the evaluation of fragrance submissions to ensure alignment with brand olfactive direction, product base compatibility, performance expectations and cost targets. Coordinate fragrance development activities to support timelines and launch commitments.
Coordinate Fragrance Sample Flow and Development Activities
3. Coordinate the exchange of fragrance samples and technical information between fragrance houses, vendors, and TBS internal teams.
4. Manage the receipt, tracking and distribution of fragrance samples provided by fragrance houses and vendors for evaluation and testing.
5. Ensure timely communication and follow-up with suppliers to support development timelines. Maintain accurate records of fragrance submissions, revisions and development progress.
Support Fragrance Performance and Stability Monitoring
6. Assist in the monitoring of fragrance performance throughout product development.
7. Support the assessment of fragranced stability samples with a focus on fragrance integrity and performance in final bases.
8. Document observations and communicate any fragrance-related stability issues.
9. Assist in coordinating investigations and corrective actions with fragrance houses and technical partners.
Support Technical, Regulatory and Documentation Requirements
10. Assist in ensuring fragrance developments comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
11. Compile and maintain fragrance technical documentation including olfactive pyramids, approvals, development trackers and technical data, through to handover to the Technical Compliance team for the compilation of fragrance dossiers and coding.
12. Work with regulatory teams, safety assessors and external testing partners to ensure required fragrance information is available.
Maintain Fragrance Data and Library
13. Support the organisation and maintenance of the internal fragrance library and associated development data.
14. Maintain records of fragrance submissions, evaluations and performance across projects.
15. Ensure fragrance documentation is accurately stored and accessible for development activities, brand communication and audits.
16. Support the preparation of fragrance options for new development briefs when required.
Contribute to Knowledge Sharing and Process Improvement
17. Support the Fragrance Specialist in strengthening fragrance development knowledge and processes within the organisation.
18. Contribute to the documentation of fragrance development learnings and technical insights. Organise presentations & training to internal stakeholders.
19. Assist in maintaining fragrance development tools, trackers and processes.
20. Support continuous improvement of fragrance development workflows and documentation practices

Experience
32. 2-5 years of experience in fragrance development or reformulation projects, ideally in a role managing fragrance submissions and reworks from briefing to final approval.
33. Perfumery school qualification essential, with hands-on experience in evaluating fragrances across multiple categories.
34. Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, fragrance houses, and internal teams to ensure alignment with briefs and brand DNA.
35. Proven track record of successfully delivering fragrance development projects within timing, budget, and quality constraints.
