Reporting directly to the CEO, the Support and Communication Executive’s role is a pivotal contributor to the company's success, serving as a support to our CEO whilst leading on several strategic projects and overseeing key aspects of our company's framework
About The Role
Responsibilities:
Executive Support
· To support the CEO in scheduling including setting up travel, meetings, speaking engagements and other appointments for the CEO.
· To liaise daily with internal and external meeting organisers.
· To organise room bookings, refreshments, required documents & reports for leadership meetings.
· Act as the first point of contact and a representative of the CEO during customer interactions.
· Compile travel claims for senior Board Members
· Request and collate briefing papers and minutes in relation to MAP, Steer and Board meetings.
· Following meetings, distribute minutes and/or the actions to attendees (and a wider audience if appropriate) and ensure any actions arising from meetings are followed up.
· Conduct research as required by CEO and Board to enable the preparation of papers, reports for meetings, presentations.
· Maintain the confidentiality of the Board at all times and handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion.
Framework Governance
· Take ownership and accountability for the development, execution, and governance of the Strategic, Success and Evaluation Frameworks the initiatives and overarching structure that guide the company's activities and growth.
· Work closely with the CEO to develop and communicate the company’s strategic plan.
· Coordinate and monitor the activities and projects that contribute to the achievement of the frameworks.
· Ensure the framework remains aligned with the company’s purpose and values.
· Manage and facilitate meetings to include MAP, Steer and Board.
Communications
· Responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing CDE’s communication strategy and activities to ensure effective internal communications.

Desired Criteria
* •Experience supporting at executive/board level.
Required Criteria
* •3 years’ experience in a role responsible for the delivery of strategically aligned plans
* •Experience working closely with and supporting a senior team
* •Experience or preparing documentation including reports and presentations.
* •Knowledge of Microsoft Office products - particularly Word, Excel and Outlook and able to learn to use other IT systems.
* •Experience planning, implementing, and overseeing communication plans.
* •Driving License
* •Willing to travel when required to customer sites.
