Job Description
Your responsibilities:
1. Create the monthly Commercial Performance Report together with local Business Controllers
2. Analyse KPI Performance Reporting and identify the root causes including actions to increase performance were applicable
3. Communicate and discuss performance reports (results) with relevant stakeholders in all entities
4. Automate KPI performance reporting to limit the manual efforts and allow to track performance at all times
5. Organize and host the EMEA Analytical Community meetings
6. Support the definition and selection of KPIs that enable the performance results of all EMEA entities to be compared on an objective basis
7. Creation of "what-if" scenarios based on performance status to predict future performance development including of efficiency tracking of taken actions
8. Lead or contribute to specific projects with focus on sales performance in EMEA entities
Qualifications
Your skills and Qualifications
9. Strong analytical and process skills
10. Very good understanding of operational sales processes and StepStone Business as such
11. High affirmation and understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, One Sales), reporting tools such as PowerBI, Anaplan or Tableau
12. Accustomed to working with senior management (e.g. directors, general managers) and excellent stakeholder management skills
13. Ability to prepare and drive decision making processes
14. Project management skills
15. Experienced in intercultural team work and very good communications skills
16. Fluent in English (German would be an additional plus)
