Keystone Lintels is recruiting for a Business Higher Level Apprentice (HLA) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop real business skills while working in a fast-paced construction and manufacturing environment.
You will work closely with our sales and technical teams, supporting key customer accounts, developing strong customer relationships, and helping to drive business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Business HLA, you will support the Key Accounts team by:
* Following up customer quotations and helping convert opportunities into sales.
* Maintaining accurate records of quotes and customer information within company systems.
* Building strong relationships with builders, merchants, architects, and quantity surveyors.
* Working closely with technical and sales teams to support customers and resolve queries.
* Assisting with identifying new opportunities within key customer accounts.
* Providing updates and feedback to the sales team on customer activity and opportunities.
* Becoming a key internal contact for customer sales enquiries and support.
* Developing strong organisation, negotiation, and communication skills.
