About The Role
As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a Driver Support Advisor to join our expanding Delivery Support and Transport teams. This role combines excellent customer service with key administrative responsibilities, acting as a key point of contact between delivery crews, internal teams, and customers to proactively resolve delivery queries and support smooth delivery operations. Main Responsibilities:
9. Receive inbound calls from Delivery Crews and resolve any issues/ queries
10. Actively monitor live transport data and highlight/ resolve any potential issues
11. Assist internal departments with any queries
12. Contact Delivery Crews/ customers to resolve any potential delivery issues
13. Maintain spreadsheet data to keep records up to date
14. Create and manage daily reports to be sent to management, highlighting any concerns
15. Provide all Wren customers/ internal departments with exceptional customer service
16. Assist with processing failed deliveries
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
About You
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
17. GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
18. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
19. Excellent IT skills in MS Office programs
20. Ability to create formulas in MS Excel
21. Customer Service experience
22. Transport experience
23. Ability to work independently and within a team environment
