Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
* To be responsible and accountable for the operational service delivery in your region, meeting PPM compliance targets and ensuring adherence to corrective SLA's of customer and the NSI.
* Responsible for Regional P&L and profitability in accordance with agreed target parameters.
* Build & Develop Teams: Recruit, coach, and develop engineers and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Innovate & Problem‑Solve: Analyse performance data, implement best practices, and lead initiatives to improve first‑time fix rates, SLA performance, and customer satisfaction.

o Be the Customer Advocate: Act as the escalation point for customer needs, ensuring swift resolution and proactive communication.
o Champion Safety & Sustainability: Lead on health, safety, and environmental compliance, ensuring our teams work safely and responsibly.
o Collaborate & Communicate: Chair regular team meetings, share insights, and ensure everyone is aligned with our mission and values.
