Overview
We are looking for two Teaching Heads of Year to support students academically and personally, providing excellent pastoral care and contributing to the schools transformation.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
* QTS and secondary school teaching experience essential; preference for Maths, English, Science and Business but open to other subjects.
* Strong desire to drive change and contribute to school progress.
* Compassionate, resilient communicator who can manage student behaviour, identify individual needs and address barriers to success.
* Previous pastoral experience is a plus, but not essential.
