You'll play a key role in the early and mid-stages of the sales cycle—from qualifying prospects and delivering product demos to closing deals and supporting ongoing growth. Key Responsibilities: * Qualify inbound leads through discovery calls and tailored follow-ups * Deliver engaging product demonstrations and guide prospects through the sales funnel * Manage and update your sales pipeline using CRM tools such as HubSpot * Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across diverse industries * Understand client pain points and recommend suitable eLearning/compliance solutions * Identify upselling and account expansion opportunities * Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on outbound campaigns and strategies * Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to support ongoing improvements About You: * 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role * Strong communication skills—both written and verbal * A consultative sales style with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly * Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce) is an advantage * Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment What You’ll Get: * Competitive base salary (£28,000 – £32,000) plus uncapped commission (OTE: £40,000 – £45,000 in year one) * 23 days holiday bank holidays (with increases based on tenure) * Comprehensive product and sales training * Clear progression path toward senior roles or account management * Friendly, collaborative team culture based in Reigate.
