Excellent opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a welcoming HR team within a busy public sector organisation. The ideal candidate will be a confident, proactive HR Generalist capable of working autonomously and using their initiative.
Your New Role
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a full range of people services, advising line managers and employees on policies and employee relations matters. You will provide strong support to the people team and business while managing tasks including:
* ER Casework Management
* Absence & Performance Management
* Advising, Upskilling & Coaching Managers
* Recruitment Support
* HR Project Work
You will also assist with transactional HR tasks alongside the team, with occasional travel to other offices.
What You Will Need
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a HR Advisor
* Experience managing ER casework (disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance)
* Confidence advising managers on policies
* Proactive, positive, pragmatic approach with integrity and professionalism
* Strong communication skills and agility in approach
* Knowledge of current employment law
* CIPD Qualification or equivalent
