Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in the Glasgow markets as you will play a crucial role in this office. Our client, has a fantastic presence and is looking ideally looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive new business and market share.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties
* Manage Sales Team
* Develop New Business Opportunities
* Be able to build rapport with Sellers on Valuations
* Work towards Office Sales targets.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in the property industry, with a strong track record in a Sales Manager role.
* Knowledge of the Glasgow property market.
* Excellent management, business and interpersonal skills.
This is a fantastic opportunity with closely within a growing team and to work for one of the highest regarded names in Property. This role will be paying upto a £40k Basic Salary + Bonus.
