Maintenance Manager
Location: Telford
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus (Immediate start, 33 days holidays)
A large engineering function within a well‑established manufacturing environment. Lead a multi‑skilled maintenance and electrical engineering team to drive continuous improvement, reduce downtime and improve overall plant performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a multi‑skilled maintenance and electrical engineering team.
* Drive preventative maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Manage budgets, contractor relationships and critical spare parts.
* Work closely with production to maximise plant efficiency and minimise downtime.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
Requirements
* Mechanical engineering qualifications.
* Experience leading maintenance teams within manufacturing or production environments.
* Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
* Strong understanding of preventative maintenance and continuous improvement.
* Experience managing contractors, budgets and engineering resources.
