Position: CCTV Drainage Engineer
Location: Swindon Depot, Thames Valley Region (Swindon, Wiltshire)
Job Type: Permanent, full-time
Hours: 4 nights on, 4 nights off, 40.25 hours
Salary: £34,000 per annum (basic pay, night shift premium, overtime, bonuses)

About The Role
We are seeking customer-focused individuals to join our Utility Division, working on Thames Water contract services to resolve wastewater network and drainage issues. Responsibilities include traveling to sites, surveying drainage systems, assessing pipe conditions, completing jobs, troubleshooting, liaising with technical teams, ensuring safety, updating job notes, taking photos, delivering customer service, and maintaining health & safety standards.
About You
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, respectful, and compliant with health and safety standards. Experience with High Pressure Jetting equipment is advantageous but not essential. Drainage qualifications like NRSWA and Confined Spaces are beneficial. We value diversity and encourage applications from all backgrounds.
Additional Information
We operate 24/7 and require flexible working hours, including weekends and on-call duties. Full training, PPE, and equipment will be provided to ensure high standards of operation.
