Main duties of the job Under the leadership of the Lead Manager the post holder will play a key role in both the management of designated specialties and the operational day to day management of all administration processes. The post holder will support achievement of all Annual Operating Framework targets. Deputise for Lead Manager as required and manage appropriate medical staffing issues on behalf of the Director within designated specialties. This is a developmental post and may include rotational placement, duties and development opportunities.
