Nurse Case Manager Business Development We are recruiting two Nurse Case Manager Business Development roles for a high-quality, nurse-led complex care provider delivering specialist adult and paediatric care in the community. This role suits a Registered Adult Nurse or Paediatric Nurse with complex care experience who is confident working with commissioners and external stakeholders and is looking to combine clinical expertise with commercial responsibility. Salary and Benefits £55,000 basic salary Up to £20,000 OTE Additional commission per package Travel allowance Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Hybrid working model Full induction and onboarding programme Location London and surrounding counties South London office base Hybrid office and field-based role Drivers essential Role Overview As a Nurse Case Manager Business Development, you will work in a 70 percent business development and 30 percent mobilisation capacity, coordinating between commissioners, clinical teams and operations. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with Local Authorities, ICBs, hospitals and case managers Secure new complex care packages across adult and paediatric services Lead packages from referral through assessment and mobilisation Coordinate internal clinical and operational stakeholders Attend meetings, events and networking forums to support growth Use CRM systems effectively, HubSpot experience beneficial Requirements Registered Nurse RGN or RSCN Active NMC registration Experience in complex care in the home, brain injury or learning disability services Strong understanding of commissioning pathways Confident communicator with external stakeholders Full UK driving licence Right to work in the UK.
